CORPORATE OVERVIEW

Corporate Networking Inc is privately owned and has been in existence since 12/94. We are an authorized reseller of Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks and Network Associates Sniffer hardware and software products. We sell and provide services to both small and large customers in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York City and Pennsylvania.

Our technical services department was started in May of 2000 with Kevin Lynch a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE #4562). Kevin also is a Nortel certified operations expert. Listed below are more detailed backgrounds. Our goal is to grow the technical services we offer our customers; both in project based work, hourly or quoted, and staff augmentation assignments.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OVERVIEW

Corporate Networking, Inc. desires to be as flexible as possible in meeting customer Professional Services requirements. In general, this applies to work within a 75 miles radius of Philadelphia. Project work performed Nationally or International will be considered.

New technology implementations or replacement of existing network equipment needs to be closely reviewed and will be quoted as a specific project with a statement of work with either separate fixed lump sum pricing and/or an allocation of hours purchased on the schedule below.

Corporate Networking, Inc. will provide general consulting and informal training in the following Data Networking technologies and vendor products:

• Cisco and Nortel router, switch, multicast, and IP/IPX/Appletalk/DECnet routing protocols.
• Router based Voice over IP solutions
• TCP/IP addressing, DHCP and DNS technologies
• Network Associates Sniffer technologies

• External compression and caching devices
• Network management products from HP, Cisco, Nortel, Concord, and others
• Audits of existing router and switches for discovery of mis-configurations, outdated images, version specific bugs, feature enhancements, etc.

• IP Telephony (Cisco Call Manager and Ethernet Phone based) certifications with Cisco
• Security / Firewall audits and implementation
